Shipping and Charges

We deliver exclusively to commercial customers, as well as to universities and public institutions.

SYNTHON Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG does not supply private individuals.

1. Delivery

1.1 Delivery services

 Shipping to all countries is by FedEx (Federal Express).

 A tracking number to track the delivery will be sent to the customer along with the sales confirmation.

1.2. Packaging and shipping costs

 Packaging and shipping costs are charged at a flat rate per delivery, regardless of the order quantity (up to 2.5 kg) .

 - within Germany: € 30

 - bordering EU countries: € 60

 - non bordering EU contries: € 85

 - Switzerland: € 80

 - all other countries:

    USA: € 125 or USD 135

    India & China: € 185 €

    Great Britain: € 50 €

    Japan, South Korea & Israel: € 150
   
Please note that increased shipping costs may apply when shipping hazardous goods or materials.

1.3 Export control

 Export of a chemical or item listed in Part 1 of Annex I to the PIC (Prior Informed Consent) Regulation is subject to prior

 notification (information to the recipient country). If this chemical or item is additionally listed in Part 2 or Part 3 of Annex I

 to the PIC Regulation, then in addition to the notification, the explicit consent of the recipient country is required.  Both of these are a

 prerequisite for export and require the cooperation of the customer. Otherwise delivery cannot take place and the purchase contract is invalid.

 The export of chemicals or items listed in Annex V to the PIC Regulation is prohibited.

1.4 End-Use Certificate (EUC) & Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV)

 For certain chemicals or articles, an end-use declaration completed by the customer or
 a confirmation from the customer (purchaser) of hazardous substances and mixtures in
 accordance with Section 3 of the Chemicals Prohibition Ordinance (ChemVerbotsV)
 The relevant products are labelled with the information "The product is subject to the ChemVerbotsV"
 The goods will only be shipped once this has been received.

2. Payment

We offer the following payment options, which depend on the creditworthiness of the customer.

 - Advance payment of invoice amount

 - Invoice with a 30-day payment term

 - PayPal

 - Credit card

   If payment is made by credit card, the account will only be debited after the sales confirmation has been dispatched.
